Who We Are

DrMingWay.com is the personal teaching and philosophy site of Dr. Ming Way. The site shares Ming’s writings, teaching approach, and educational philosophy. Our website address is: https://drmingway.com.

DrMingWay.com is separate from SEE Within, but aligned in values and teaching orientation.

 

What Personal Data We Collect

DrMingWay.com is intentionally minimal. We only collect personal data in two situations:

1. When you sign up to “Receive Ming’s Letters”

If you choose to receive Ming’s Letters, your email address is collected and added to a mailing list managed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue).

Brevo stores your email securely and allows Ming to send periodic letters or updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive.

2. When you make a donation

The “Donate” button opens a secure payment page powered by Stripe, facilitated through Zhengate.

Stripe may collect:

  • payment information

  • billing details

  • your email (for receipts)

DrMingWay.com does not receive or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy and security policies.

Your card statement will show: 4PM Zen Productions LLC. This is the legal entity that processes donations on behalf of DrMingWay.com.

 

Cookies

DrMingWay.com does not use cookies for comments, accounts, or login sessions because the site does not offer those features.

However:

  • Brevo may set cookies related to email subscription forms

  • Stripe may set cookies necessary for secure payment processing

These cookies are controlled by those services and are not used by DrMingWay.com for tracking or advertising.

 

Embedded Content

Some pages may include embedded content such as videos, images, or articles from other websites.

Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the external site directly. Those sites may collect data, use cookies, or track interactions according to their own policies.

 

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

  • Donation‑related data is retained by Stripe according to financial compliance requirements.

  • DrMingWay.com itself does not store personal data on its servers.

  • removal of your email from Ming’s Letters

  • information about what data Brevo or Stripe hold about you

  • deletion of data held by those services, subject to legal or financial retention requirements
