Daily Rhythm

Daily Rhythm is the practice of bringing greater awareness to our energy throughout the day: waking and sleeping, moving and resting, nourishing and expending, focusing and releasing, reflecting and connecting. Unlike a routine that asks us to repeat the same pattern, rhythm asks us to listen, respond, and find a pace aligned with our body and life in the season we are in.

In midlife and beyond, the rhythms that once carried us may no longer fit in the same way. Energy changes. Sleep changes. Hormones change. Responsibilities shift. The body may ask for something different from what habit continues to demand. The practices here explore simple ways of living with greater awareness of our changing inner experience and outer circumstances, through mindful breathing, nourishment, tea, brief pauses, time in nature, and everyday moments with Ming. Begin wherever your day is already asking you to begin.
