Mindfulness · Qigong · Daily Rhythm
for the changing seasons of body and life
Greetings. I’m Ming Way|明為.
I am a Taoist teacher of mindfulness, qigong, and inner cultivation, and a writer exploring how we can live well through the changing seasons of body and life.
My work brings together mindfulness meditation, qigong cultivation, Taoist wisdom, and daily rhythm. I believe clarity, vitality, and meaningful longevity are not things we chase. They grow through the way we breathe, eat, move, rest, and meet ourselves as we are.
The question I return to, and invite you to live with, is:
When the body and life change, what remains true within us?

When the season turns, the inner world can lose its familiar ground. SEE Within brings together mindful movement, guided meditation, daily rhythm, reflection and journaling to help you find your way within what is changing.

Field Notes
Participant observations from the ever-changing field where we live, and learn to live fully. A cup of tea, a walk at dusk, a butterfly appearing just where we happen to look. Looking closely, we are no longer sure whether we are living life, or life is observing us.
Field Notes are Ming’s reflections on the ordinary moments where living and mindfulness meet.

Now and then, a letter arrives. A seasonal reflection, a small practice, a note from the changing field.
