Field Notes

Field Notes are reflections gathered from the ordinary field of life. A cup of tea. A walk at dusk. A butterfly appearing just where we happen to look. A change in the body, a question that lingers, a small encounter that reveals more than we expected.

Some notes begin in daily life. Others wander further. They are not meant to arrive at conclusions so much as to stay close to what is unfolding within and around us. Sometimes, when we pause and see, the ordinary becomes a doorway.
